This Privacy Policy describes how SubScale handles information when you use the SubScale mobile application. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. This policy applies only to the SubScale application and its related services.
SubScale is built with a strict privacy-first philosophy. To maintain maximum data security, the application collects no personal information and operates without transferring your subscription content to external servers.
We do not collect, request, or store your name, email address, mobile number, or any other personal identifiers.
This version of the application does not use third-party analytics frameworks, crash-tracking tools, or behavioral performance software. Your app usage patterns remain entirely your own.
SubScale is designed to be fully functional immediately without requiring you to create an account, log in, or authenticate through external identification providers (such as a Google or Apple ID).
Every piece of information you manually enter, including subscription names, categories, renewal dates, billing frequencies, payment methods, costs, and personal notes is stored exclusively in your device's secure local internal storage.
We do not maintain, operate, or connect to any cloud databases. Your subscription data never leaves your physical phone.
SubScale offers an optional premium tier available through in-app purchases. To protect your financial security, all monetary transactions are managed directly through the native operating system app store.
All billing data, payment transactions, and subscription renewals are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store billing architecture. SubScale does not collect, track, process, or store credit card details, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.
When a purchase is completed, SubScale only receives a secure, anonymous transaction token directly from the Google Play platform to locally unlock and verify your premium status on the device.
Because your data is stored strictly on your phone, it is protected by your device's built-in security and encryption (like your phone's passcode or Face ID/Touch ID).
We do not have access to your database records; consequently, we cannot share, lease, transfer, or sell your data to third-party marketers, data brokers, or external entities.
The application contains zero advertisements, tracking tags, or monetization pixels.
To provide timely "Renewal Alerts" for your subscriptions, SubScale utilizes local device notifications. These alerts are scheduled and generated entirely on your device; we do not use external push notification servers to deliver them.
We will request your explicit permission before enabling alerts, and you can modify your preferences or disable them completely at any time within the app settings or your device's system settings.
Because your data is stored locally, you maintain absolute control over its deletion.
You can permanently delete all data tracking records instantly by using the native "Reset App" option within the application settings in HUB, or by simply uninstalling the application from your device. This action wipes the local storage environment completely.
SubScale is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children, as the application functions entirely without personal user profiles.
SubScale is designed with a privacy-first philosophy. We intentionally collect the minimum amount of data necessary to operate the application reliably.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell user data, and we do not track users across other apps or websites.
SubScale is an informational tool designed to help users track subscriptions and recurring expenses. It does not provide financial, investment, or payment services.
SubScale does not connect to Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Payment Gateways or Financial Institutions. All subscription details are manually entered by the Users.
SubScale is an independent subscription management tool. We use company logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of identifying subscription services for users.
SubScale is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the trademark owners whose logos appear within the app. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
SubScale may use trusted third-party services to support core app functionality and reliability. These services may process limited technical data necessary for their operation.
We utilize Currency APIs - Frankfurter API and ExchangeRate-API for real time currency conversions.
iTunes Search API (App Store Service) and Google S2 Favicon API are used to fetch Brand Logos.
When these services are used, your device may temporarily communicate with their servers, which may result in the transmission of your IP address strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the requested functionality.
